Everything from A-Z was elite. The room, view, service, amenities (the gym and spa are excellent), the food, and the location.
If you’re in Portland and want a special experience, go to the Ritz Carlton

This is a great addition to downtown. Beautiful lobby area, nice gym and great pool. Friendly, helpful staff.

The staff is amazing. The spa is amazing. Only downside is it’s downtown Portland and there’s too many homeless people.

Amazing hotel, beautifully appointed and a fantastic spa. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. If you go to Portland, this is definitely the place to stay!!!!

Impeccable cleanliness, fabulous view, huge gym, stunning pool, nice rooms. Exactly what you expect from Ritz brand. The valet guys were super friendly and helpful. Other staff seemed a little too reserved for my taste. Overall, perfect stay and I would not hesitate to stay there again.
