The room itself was great. Clean, new, really comfortable mattress and quiet. However, the hotel is undergoing renovations. The hallways were fully of laundry carts, mop buckets with dirty water in them, and the hallway carpet was a hot mess. Once the construction is done, it will probably be better.

I was not informed that the hotel is under renovation - the room had no accessible outlets for charging devices - I requested a walk in shower but did not receive one (nor was one available) - there was no “do not disturb” sign - the room was never serviced during my 5 night stay

Usually when we stay at this hotel it is very comfortable and quiet but do to unknown renatavations going on through out the entire hotel made it noisy and difficult to move around the property. The staff was very pleasant and did their best to try to make it as comfortable as possible. But the fact remains that if I had known about the major renatavations the Hotel was undergoing we would have chosen a different location. I believe some type of discount or refund should be given.

Under construction, new stuff looks good. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom small and the water pressure was horrible

The bed sheets were not changed, and I experienced itchiness from something in the bed.
The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast offered was good.
