Very clean and comfortable place. The receptopnist in evening hours (man) provided very welcome greeting and great advices about the place for dinner and answered other questions. For price that Amabassador Inn has been offered in Hotels.com and "walk in hotel" price, it can't be beat. Location is an excellend as well - rasy reach to CapeCod towns.

We had a king size bed with standard pillows. Rather king size pillows. Pillows were uncomfortable.

My wife has limited mobility. There was no availability on the first floor for a kIng bed . We then found out the hotel had no elevator.
We wanted a king room, which was reserved by me. Additionally the faucet was coming off the sink. The free breakfast was at best bad. The food was stale.

Overall, we liked the property, the bed was comfortable. The room was big, we liked that it had a pool and a hot tub. The breakfast was not great to be honest they ran out of things and it was cold. The biggest issue that we had was the room temperature, It was not controllable at all. It was either way too cold or way too hot. There was no happy medium. We even had the front desk come to our room twice to try to help us. I mean, freezing cold or wicked hot! After we checked out, we both came home sick for about a week so our overall impression was not good because of the breakfast and because of the temperature and we would not stay there again unless this was fixed.
