Holiday Inn expectations

Very nice accommodations. Hotel is near plenty of eating and shopping choices just a short drive away. Kinda away from the hustle and bustle of traffic, but close to the freeway. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Hotel has an indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room. Free parking available and also the Holiday Inn breakfast. Gas station/connivence store within walking distance.

I was very happy with our room. It was large, clean and comfortable. The mattress on the bed closest to the bathroom was not comfortable so we just switched to the bed closer to the window which was awesome. Pool and hot tub in its own room was awesome. Staff was friendly

When we checked in the hotel staff were rude. We had lightbulbs out in our room, we had to ask for replacements and replaced them ourselves. We asked for a crib for my son to sleep in and they said they didn’t have any available which was frustrating. The swimming pool was ice cold & had zero shot of going in the hot tub with all the people from the cold pool. We had to move our room at 230am since our toilet broke and wouldn’t flush. The shower had zero pressure and half of the water was still coming out of the faucet for the tub. The bed was super uncomfortable and the pillows were a joke. This was a terrible stay.
