Amazing Stay

I really liked just about everything about this hotel. The room was super nice and clean, the bathroom was spacious, the water pressure was wonderful, the shower head has multiple settings, the TV has lots of channels, everyone was super nice, the restaurant food was delicious, the bed was comfortable with an outlet right next to it, microwave and fridge and wardrobe, plenty of free parking, and it was super affordable. Overall wonderful stay!

I was able to check in early without even asking. The room was clean and comfortable. And you cannot beat the price. I only stay here when I'm in Visalia.

I was so disappointed I first encountered our key not working to the room. Said they would send a maintenance guy up but one never came. Second out room became extremely hot at around 430 am I couldn't take it any more I called down and all they said was oh sorry we will send up a fan. I had a very important day that morning and did not get any sleep to to being so uncomfortable when checking out I said to the front desk that all of out food in the fridge freezer melted that we puchased from them. Our ice creams and that I had no sleep due to the air not working shejust looked at me and said ok, after that awful night you would think I would of got a discount or something but no. Was a very nice place till that happened

Location is good. access to all the freeways, golf course. However, rooms need to be updated, elevator was shaky and do not recommend going into hot spa got an allergic reaction.

Rooms are all the same dont upgrade to executive or whatever . 3rd floor was quiet and doors are loud and not working properly
