Friendly staff, spotless room

The check in was easy and the staff member who checked me in was super friendly and fast. My room was spotless and smelled very fresh and clean. My husband and I stay here several times per year when we visit Holland and have never been dissatisfied.

Ok hotel, poor sound proofing

The hotel is basically fine and appears to have been updated recently. Our biggest complaint is noise from above. You can hear every step taken above you, and unfortunately we have people above us who never stop moving, dropping things, etc. We would only stay here again if we could have a top floor room. If you are sensitive to noise, beware!

We LOVED the Holland Staybridge!<3

Everyone was very kind, helpful, flexible, and accommodating who worked here. I visited here with my dear mom and dad, and we had such a lovely time. Unfortunately, we had to leave one day early because my mom was not feeling well and the staff could not have been nicer about that situation. I am so grateful that everyone was just so lovely. The rooms were extremely spacious/clean, the breakfast & social hour food was excellent, the location was super convenient, and the pool area was super! I really look forward to visiting again with my husband sometime soon.

Look for another hotel unless you have no options.

-The heater wasn't working in our room.
-Shower curtain torn and water wasn't contained.
-Front desk worker's English was a little difficult to understand making it harder to remedy problems.
-We were given another suite and it was better, but air duct was blowing in cold air.
-Managers were very willing to help, but we won't go back.

Excellent place for families

I stayed this weekend with my teenage kids. I booked a king suite. The room was amazing! There was a bedroom (with a door for privacy) and a full living room area and kitchen. The kitchen was gorgeous and definitely didn't feel like a "hotel kitchen." We had family visit us and we watched the football game. There was plenty of room and it was cozy. It really felt like we were in a home setting not a hotel setting. The kids enjoyed the pool area which was huge! It was clean with many areas to sit and watch the kids play. The staff was extremely friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with many choices. Our teenagers loved it. I will definitely book here again for many reasons. It was clean & the suites perfect for families. You won't be disappointed. Did I mention they had FREE laundry services!
